Due to the specialized, regulatory, and non-reversible nature of our services, all payments made are strictly non-refundable once any part of the service process has commenced or payments have been remitted to any third party on your behalf.
Refunds Are Not Provided Except in Extremely Limited Circumstances
Refund requests will only be considered under the following narrowly defined conditions, entirely at our sole discretion:
- Duplicate Payments: Where a payment has been demonstrably made twice for the same service, and only after thorough verification.
- Non-Initiation of Services: If we fail to initiate any service and no work has commenced, a refund may be granted, subject to internal review.
Refund Request Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@siriconsultants.ae / info@siriconsultants.comwithin 3 calendar days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this strict deadline will be unequivocally rejected.
- Refund requests must include relevant payment details and supporting documentation.
Absolute Exclusions
- Payments made to government bodies, licensing authorities, regulatory agencies, or other third-party vendors on your behalf are categorically non-refundable under any circumstance.
- No refund will be provided for delays or denials caused by third-party authorities or factors beyond our direct control.
- Bank fees, transaction charges, and currency conversion losses incurred during payment or refund processing will not be reimbursed.
Reservation of Rights
- SIRI Advisory expressly reserves the right to deny any refund requests deemed fraudulent, abusive, or submitted in bad faith.
- By making payment, you expressly acknowledge and accept that refunds are a rare exception and that your payment is a binding commitment to proceed with the services.
Client Acknowledgment
