Non-Compliance Policy

At SIRI Advisory, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance approach to non-compliance. This policy is designed to protect our business, reputation, and operations by holding all clients, employees, partners, and third parties accountable to the highest standards of legal, contractual, and ethical conduct. Any breach of this policy will result in immediate and non-negotiable action, including legal recourse.

1. Definition of Non-Compliance

Non-compliance refers to any action or inaction that violates:

  • UAE federal or local laws, free zone regulations, or international compliance standards.
  • SIRI Advisory’s service agreements, contracts, payment terms, or operating procedures.
  • Client obligations, including the submission of false, incomplete, expired, or misleading documentation.
  • Deliberate delay, concealment, or misrepresentation that disrupts legal processing, government submissions, or internal workflows.

Ignorance of the law or company policy does not exempt any individual or entity from responsibility.

2. Client Responsibility and Legal Risk

All clients are fully and solely responsible for:

  • The authenticity, completeness, and timeliness of the documents and information they provide.
  • Understanding and complying with applicable UAE government procedures.
  • Bearing the full risk of any rejection, fine, or penalty caused by their delay, negligence, or misrepresentation.

Any form of non-compliance by the client will result in automatic suspension or termination of services with zero refund.

SIRI Advisory reserves the full legal right to pursue compensation or damages arising from such breaches.

3. Internal Enforcement

All SIRI Advisory staff, contractors, and authorized service providers are expected to uphold this policy at all times.

  • Any internal breach will lead to disciplinary action, immediate dismissal, or legal proceedings.
  • Periodic compliance reviews and audits are conducted to enforce accountability.

4. How to Report Non-Compliance

Reports of potential non-compliance, misconduct, or illegal behavior—by clients, staff, or partners—must be submitted to: info@siriconsultants.ae / info@siriconsultants.com

We will handle all submissions confidentially and investigate them promptly with appropriate legal action if required.

5. Consequences of Non-Compliance

SIRI Advisory will strictly enforce the following measures against non-compliant behavior:

  • Immediate cancellation of all services, without refund
  • Termination of contract and blacklisting from future engagement
  • Forfeiture of any deposits or payments already made
  • Reporting to relevant UAE authorities, free zones, or embassies
  • Civil or criminal action for damages, losses, or reputational harm caused

Clients and third parties waive all claims or disputes in cases where their own non-compliance triggered the consequence.

6. Non-Negotiability

This policy is non-negotiable and applies universally to all SIRI Advisory engagements, without exception. Clients agree to this policy upon payment or initiation of any service.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

All matters arising from this policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be handled in accordance with UAE civil, labor, and criminal law.
